Deluxe Space Shuttle ACES Spacesuit
Designed after the Space Shuttle Advanced Crew Escape Suit worn by NASA Astronauts for launch and reentry, this deluxe replica is much more than a basic costume. Metal fittings, zippered pockets and more offer the authentic details desired by collectors and museums. (A basic suit, without these additions is also available, see below.)
Made from a heavy duty Nylon Cordura and double stitched, this spacesuit was built for wear and tear. It can be worn repeatedly or placed on display. Features include:
- neck ring
- inner blue neck liner
- aluminum hose fittings
- adjustable front cinch strap
- NASA Space Shuttle embroidered patch (right chest)
- NASA Meatball embroidered patch (left chest)
- embroidered USA flag patch (left arm)
- padded removable rescue safety harness (horizontal and vertical adjustments)
- tool holder with VELCRO® brand closure (right leg)
- zipper pocket (right leg)
- pen holder (left arm)
The basic suit, also available for order below, substitutes the metal fittings for plastic and does not include the padded rescue safety harness.
NOTE: This suit does not include the helmet, gloves or boots as pictured. The suits and gloves may be ordered separately below.
