Spacesuit Photo Opportunity Display
This is a custom display from our former store Rocket Town. The display was designed and constructed by a leading maker of interactive museum displays for NASA visitor centers, Space Camp, etc. The display, which is based on actual mission imagery from the International Space Station (ISS), allows people to step inside and pose for a photograph. The life-size photo scene features an astronaut in a spacesuit. In place of the spacesuit helmet is a clear plastic bubble that people can look through to make it look like they a part of the scene. This display was a fun attraction at Rocket Town and could be easily adapted for any space exhibit. It is in excellent condition and was used for only 2.5 years.
The display is 8’ long x 8’ tall x 4’ deep. The display is fabricated with museum-grade materials and is designed to accommodate heavy use. The background imagery is mounted to plastic panels that can be bolted to the wall or other mounting structure. A stepstool is included to accommodate both adults and small children.
Availability: This item is ready to ship. Shipping/handling is charged separately. Because of the large size and unique nature of this item, we recommend shipping this via a freight carrier. Installation is also available at an additional charge.
