Mars Polar Lander Model Kit
The Mars Polar Lander Space Craft Science Kit is the smallest, simplest, easiest to assemble of the laser-cut, recycled paper card stock kits. The small but detailed model is 1/32 scale, measuring about 11 cm (4.5 inches) from the edge of one solar panel to the edge of the other solar panel. You need to supply the 1/2-inch diameter propellant tanks (crumpled foil works fine).
