Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept personal checks and money orders. For overseas orders not using a credit card, you must mail us an international money order paid in US dollars. Before mailing us a check or money order, we recommend that you contact first to make sure that you have included the proper amount for shipping or sales tax (if applicable).

Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for orders shipped to Colorado addresses. This tax is automatically added to your total when you check out.

Order Turnaround

Items that are in stock usually ship out the next business day. Most of our products are kept in stock. Some items are not kept in stock and require more time before shipping. Availability information is included in our catalog for each item in the product description. For overseas orders, please allow 3 - 4 weeks.

Return Policy

 

Standard Catalog Orders

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30-days after delivery for an exchange or refund, less shipping. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in new unused condition, contained in its complete original packaging, and in its original condition. Items that have had plastic wrappings removed or have torn packaging will not be accepted, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error. In addition, prepaid return shipping labels are provided only if the return is due to our error. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If we make a mistake in shipping your order, we will be glad to send you a replacement along with a return shipping label free of charge. Returns made by return label must be received by our office within 15 days of replacement delivery. If we do not receive your return within 15 days, you will be charged for the replacement item and return label.

Custom Orders

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Incorrect or defective merchandise will be replaced. (Note: Examples of custom orders are bulk discounted purchases or any special requests for items, styles, colors, or sizes not in our on-line catalog.) Claims must be forwarded within 30 days after receipt of shipment.
