Made of heavyweight polycotton twill, our flight suits are machine washable for many years of mission wear. Our Youth style flight suit is sized to accommodate children approximately 8 - 14 years old. Refer to our sizing chart below for the perfect fit.

  • 4" Velcro loop patch on left chest for attaching a custom name tag (sold separately)
  • Flip-up aviator collar
  • Elastic waist with Velcro adjustment belt

  • Left arm pouch pocket with pen holders
  • Left and right chest zipper pockets
  • Left and right thigh zipper pockets. Left pocket includes pen holders.

Our flight suits run large, so we recommend that you check the measurements below. For Toddler, Child, and Youth sizes, the size (2, 4, 6, etc.) represents the approximate age of the child. We recommend a loose fit to allow room to grow.
