Made of heavyweight polycotton twill, our flight suits are machine washable for many years of mission wear. Our Adult style flight suit is available in four sizes... small, medium, large, and extra-large. Refer to our sizing chart below for the perfect fit.

  • US flag patch on left shoulder, NASA Meatball patch on left chest, and International Space Station patch on right chest
  • 4" VELCRO® brand loop patch on left chest for attaching a custom name tag (sold separately)
  • Flip-up aviator collar
  • Elastic waist with adjustment belt (with VELCRO® brand closure)
  • Zipper ankle cuffs
  • Left arm zipper pocket with pen holders
  • Zipper wrist cuffs
  • Left and right chest zipper pockets
  • Left and right thigh zipper pockets. Left pocket includes pen holders.

Our flight suits run large, so we recommend that you check the measurements below. For Toddler, Child, and Youth sizes, the size (2, 4, 6, etc.) represents the approximate age of the child. We recommend a loose fit to allow room to grow.
